Yes. The current iOS app uses Apple Health to detect completed runs and adapt your training plan. Apple Health access is required for RUNNR to work as intended.
Open the Health app on your iPhone, tap your profile picture, then go to Apps and Servicesand select RUNNR. From there, you can review and update Health permissions.
RUNNR currently supports Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. If you purchase a plan, billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your App Store account settings.
On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, then select RUNNR to manage or cancel your subscription.
In the paywall screen, tap Restore. If you still have trouble, contact support@runnrapp.com.
