Do I need Apple Health to use RUNNR?

Yes. The current iOS app uses Apple Health to detect completed runs and adapt your training plan. Apple Health access is required for RUNNR to work as intended.

How do I fix Apple Health permissions?

Open the Health app on your iPhone, tap your profile picture, then go to Apps and Servicesand select RUNNR. From there, you can review and update Health permissions.

How do I sign in?

RUNNR currently supports Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. If you purchase a plan, billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your App Store account settings.

How do I cancel a subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings[your name]Subscriptions, then select RUNNR to manage or cancel your subscription.

How do I restore purchases?

In the paywall screen, tap Restore. If you still have trouble, contact support@runnrapp.com.
